Product Uses

As one of the most widely used anionic surfactants in daily chemicals and industrial fields, Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate has excellent detergency, emulsification, foaming performance and strong hard water resistance. It is mild to skin with low irritation, good compatibility with other surfactants, and high biodegradability.

It is mainly used as core raw material for daily cleaning products, including shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, shower gel, toothpaste and composite soap. In industrial fields, it is applied as wetting agent, dispersant, degreasing agent and dyeing assistant in textile printing, paper making, leather processing, petroleum exploitation and metal cleaning.

Formulation Recommendation

Recommended adding proportion: 5.0%~18.0% in finished daily cleaning products; the proportion can be adjusted to 1%~5% for industrial auxiliary use. It can be compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants, and adding 2%~5% sodium chloride can effectively increase the viscosity of the formulation system. It is suggested to add it in the pre-mixing stage at room temperature and stir until completely dissolved.
