What is Nutrition Supplement?

What is nutrition?
It mainly refers to nutrient preparations, which are used to supplement the lack of nutritional ingredients in the human diet to improve the nutritional condition of the body. Common vitamins, minerals, vitamin D, and calcium belong to this category.
Vitamin D is added to infants and kids because vitamin D has few food sources. Calcium supplementation is for those who do not take in enough milk, including infants and kids who lack breastmilk and fed by formula milk powder, and teenagers, adults, and elders, who drink no milk or do not drink enough milk. The active ingredient in food that supplies nutrients to the body is called nutrients.
The nutritional supplement may be composed of amino acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, or only one or more vitamins; or may be composed of one or more dietary ingredients. Among them, apart from nutrients like amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, it can also contain herbs or other botanical ingredients, or concentrates, extracts or compositions of the above ingredients.
